Depending on the manuscript and your expectations, the cost of each project will vary. Some projects are straightforward and easy peasy while others require an upfront retainer and additional fees as we work through the manuscript. I do have some semi-set rates detailed on the Services page. Please be aware that the numbers listed are the least you can expect to pay. Honestly, I’m reasonable (which is why I link to the rates recommended by the Editorial Freelancers Association for comparison). I work hard for the money you pay me. You will also work hard—and effectively—for the money you pay me. If you would like me to simply coo over your book baby, you can send $5 to my Venmo account and I will respond with an email detailing your greatness.
